Exercise Physiology in Coffs Harbour
Exercise physiology is medicine you can move to. At Tidal Motion, our Coffs Harbour clients use structured exercise programs to manage chronic pain, recover from injury, improve heart and lung health, build strength safely, and hit meaningful goals under the NDIS or Home Care Packages.
Unlike a personal trainer, an exercise physiologist is a university-trained allied health professional qualified to work with medical conditions. That means we can safely prescribe exercise for people who've been told to 'just take it easy' — and progressively return them to the activities that matter.
Sessions run in our Coffs Harbour clinic (inside Evolve Fitness Collective), in your home, or in your local park or gym. We meet you where you already are, because a program you'll actually do beats a perfect program you won't.
Who exercise physiology helps
How we work with you
-
1
Comprehensive assessment
Medical history, current fitness, movement screening, and a conversation about what you actually want to be able to do.
-
2
Individualised program design
Every program is built around your condition, capacity and equipment access — no generic templates.
-
3
Supervised sessions
One-on-one coaching so you learn the exercises properly and build confidence to do them independently.
-
4
Ongoing reassessment
Measurable progress markers (strength, endurance, function) reviewed at set intervals.
